After graduating from St. John's University in May of 2012, Toulme Jr. studied at Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs or SIPA in New York City for three months from May to August of 2012. At Columbia University | SIPA, he studied U.S. Foreign Policy and International Relations; it was as a graduate student at Columbia University that Toulme Jr. first began receiving telepathic communications from extraterrestrial beings that he claims are stationed in close proximity to the Earth.

In September of 2012, Toulme Jr. began to study at King's College London (KCL) in the United Kingdom. He studied Ethical Leadership at the School of Arts and Humanities and the Department of Theology and Religious Studies at King's College London. He wrote his M.A. thesis on Life After Death and Near-Death Experiences, which he argued was most relevant to ethical leadership in the 21st century.

In the Spring of 2013, while a student at King's College London, Toulme Jr. also studied at the College of Psychic Studies for three months in London. He also studied at the London School of Meditation for a short time in 2013. On January 1, 2015, Toulme Jr. graduated from King's College London with a Master's of Arts Degree in Ethical Leadership. In the Spring of 2017, he returned to St. John’s University to begin his studies for a second Master’s of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts and Humanities but left St. John’s to pursue a career in politics.

Academic internships

Toulme Jr. worked as an intern at the New York City Council from January to May of 2012 while he was an undergraduate student at St. John's University. He worked directly for the Honorable Eric Ulrich, a New York City Republican and Council Member in District 32, Ozone Park, New York. He worked on Constituent Services and Community Relations until he graduated from St. John’s in May of 2012.

In 2017, as a graduate student at St. John's University in New York, Toulme Jr. completed a 3-month internship at the United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations in the Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration (DDR) Section from February to May of that year. He stated, "At the time I was pursuing a career in International Relations, and the internship at the U.N. was an excellent opportunity for me to work with professionals in the field from all over the World."

Also, in 2017, Toulme Jr. worked at Religions for Peace USA at the Church Building of the United Nations from June to July of 2017. He worked directly under the Reverend Bud Heckman and left the internship early due to an extraordinary religious experience he had at the Chapel of the U.N. Church Building one summer day, "I was lying down on the pews at the chapel of the U.N. Church Building and I began to imagine and visualize these sort of avian or bird-like guardian beings on the floor, after that I got up and decided to get back on a spiritual track and religious pathway."

Military history

Toulme Jr. enlisted in the United States Navy in September of 2006 after graduating from Braulio Alonso High School in 2005. He received basic training and indoctrination at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Illinois. After recruitment training, he was assigned to the Deck Department onboard the USS Carl Vinson CVN70 as an undesignated seaman.

Highlights of his military career include Refueling and Comprehensive Overhaul (RCOH) (2007 – 2010), Operation Unified Response in the aftermath of the earthquake in Haiti in 2010, and Gringo-Gaucho/Southern Seas 2010. He stated, "Serving in the United States Navy was the best decision of my early life, I learned a lot about discipline, hard work ethic, and I learned the hard way about love and politics."

Political campaigns

In 2016, Toulme Jr. ran for local school board member in District 1 of Hillsborough County, Florida. He was critical of firing school superintendent Mary Ellen Elia because it placed an unnecessary financial strain on the school district.

He ran for a county-wide school uniforms policy and increased school security at elementary schools. At that time, Toulme Jr. argued that adopting a county-wide school uniforms policy would garner the district an extra 1.4 million dollars in state incentive money, according to Florida House Bill (H.B.) 7011 and Senate Bill (S.B.) 672. Toulme Jr. argued that the extra 1.4 million dollars in state incentive money could be used to pay for increased school security at elementary schools in Hillsborough County. He withdrew from the school board race early, before qualifying dates, citing personal and unforeseen circumstances.

In 2018, Mr. Toulme filed to run for U.S. Congress in Tampa, Florida's 14th District with no-party affiliation (NPA) to promote Christians for First Contact USA (C4FC), a non-profit dedicated to educating Christians primarily about the existence of extraterrestrial life and to help initiate first contact in the 21st century.

In 2018, he was a "single-issue candidate" and wanted to end the illegal and unconstitutional secrecy regarding UFOs and extraterrestrial life. After several months in contention, he withdrew from the 2018 congressional race in Tampa, Florida.

In 2020, Toulme Jr. again filed to run for U.S. Congress in Tampa, Florida's 14th District, this time as an independent candidate. He later changed his political affiliation to the Republican Party but was disqualified from the race after failing to pay election fees in April of 2020. He vows to run again for U.S. Congress in 2022 as a Democratic Candidate.

Religious views and experiences

Toulme Jr. was baptized into the Catholic faith in 1994 at the age of 7 at Christ the King Catholic Church in Tampa, Florida, and received his first communion one year later in 1995. He attended a Catholic University from 2010 to 2012 but was not confirmed a Catholic until September 1, 2019, at Incarnation Catholic Church also in Tampa, Florida.

His patron saint is St. Christopher and he also likens himself as a lesser saint and minor prophet. He states: “As a student at St. John’s University I learned from some of the brightest spiritual minds on how-to-be a saint, and as Christians, each one of us is called upon to sainthood by God if only we should rise up, and take up our crosses and do so.”

At St. John's University, Toulme Jr. studied all three Abrahamic faiths: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. In 2012 as a graduate student at Columbia University | SIPA, he began hearing voices in his mind, which he claims are both spiritual and extraterrestrial; and his studies were affected as a result.

Toulme Jr. was subsequently diagnosed with A Type Schizophrenia but, to this day, maintains that the voices he hears in his mind are the result of a gift from God. Three years after graduating from King's College London, in 2018, Toulme Jr. began reading and researching the works of Allan Kardec, more specifically the Spirits Book.

By reading about Kardec Spiritism and psychics like Chico Xavier, he realized that he, too, was gifted by God with psychic mediumship abilities. In August of 2017, Toulme Jr. founded the non-profit organization C4FC or Christians for First Contact USA to educate Christians primarily about the existence of extraterrestrial life in the cosmos and to help initiate First Contact in the 21st century.[4]

Toulme Jr. also believes that in the future after the revelation that we are not alone in the cosmos is revealed and after first contact with benevolent extraterrestrial beings the earth will formulate a democratic world government and a one world religion that is all inclusive and represents all of the people of mankind and not just a small minority of 33%.

In October of 2020, Toulme Jr. founded Omnigion, a New Age Religion of Earth and of the Cosmos that finds truth in and 100% respects all of the theistic beliefs of mankind and of all ETI Beings in an effort to unite the Omniverse in the spirit of peace and plurality. Omnigion is a Multi-theistic religion and the goal of Omniests is to create consensus at OMNI-Council on faith issues and to unite all of the earth’s religious faiths and of the Omniverse at large in the Future Cosmos.

Organizations

1. Christianati LLC, founded on June 6, 2019

According to Toulme Jr., the Christianati is a new and unsanctioned Catholic Religious Order that specializes in spiritual warfare. He states, "The Christianati was created to fight back against Satan and the Illuminati and our primary mission or objective is to train, teach, and empower Catholics and all Christians to defend themselves spiritually against demonic attacks as they increase in both scale and intensity now during the Last Days. Every attack by Satan or a demon can be countered with faith, the word of God, and a lot of courage and willpower. Find me if you're having trouble winning your battles and I will gladly teach you the skills, tactics, and methods to overcome your spiritual enemies."

2. Global ANTI-Satan Alliance, founded in September 2019

According to Toulme Jr., the Global ANTI-Satan Alliance was founded to warn the people of earth about the reality and existential threat posed by Satan-the-Dark Lord and to form a powerful alliance of citizens and believers to stand in direct spiritual and political opposition to Satan and the Satanic elite or the Illuminati. He states, "I will not stand idly by as Satan, his demons, and his loyalists on earth continue to lie, cheat, and manipulate more and more people to renounce God and Christ Jesus. The time has come for believers to unite and to formulate an alliance that future generations of people can look back on with respect and admiration."

3. C4FC or Christians for First Contact Global Inc., founded in April 2020

C4FC or Christians for First Contact Global is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating Christians primarily about the reality of extraterrestrial life in the cosmos and to help initiate first contact in the 21st century after the second coming of Christ or possibly before then. According to him, the truth about ET life is being kept secret from the people of earth to maintain the status quo and keep them locked in a perpetual state of ignorance. He states, "Who can deny that Satan is the Prince of this World? If not for Satan-the-Dark Lord the people of earth would have known the truth about extraterrestrial life and our spiritual reality long ago. I believe if and when disclosure finally happens it will result in a new era of global peace and religious unity; this is why I have been fighting for it so arduously since 2017."
