Brian Nelson Willis (born February 13, 1957) is an American entrepreneur, international financier, investor, humanitarian, and philanthropist.[2][6] He is the founder of BNW Financial Services, Inc., Brockstar Financial SVCS,[5] and the owner of Brockstar Group of Companies and Billionaires Elite VIP TV.

Early life and education

Willis was born to Carl Brian Willis and Patricia Andrea Pavolko in Erie, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Newport Harbor High School in 1975 and studied Business Management while attending Orange Coast Community College from 1974 to 1976 as well and receiving a Ph.D. from the International Royal Academy of the United Nations.[6]

Career

Willis developed a market within a market during an international Euro bond transaction with $6.2B, whose details have since been taught in Ivy League schools.[6] It involved 18 companies and a single blanket bond filing with Cedel Bank in 1998.

In November 1990, Willis established his first company, BNW Financial Services. During the first few years, it specialized in raising funds for the financing and funding of production, prints, and advertising budgets for major motion pictures, requiring the capitalization of millions of dollars.[1][2][3] From 1990 to 1996, he served as its President and Chief Executive Officer.[6]

In 1996, he purchased an Irish company, Brockstar Limited, and formed the Brockstar Group of Companies between 1996 through 2000. He opened numerous affiliate companies worldwide, including Billionaires Elite VIP in 2009, Billionaires Elite VIP TV aka BETV in 2020, and Brockstar Holding International Pte. Ltd.[6] Over the years, Brockstar became extensively involved in arranging funding for large-scale projects with budgets ranging from $10M to $200M plus.[1][2][3] In affiliation with Brockstar Limited, Willis worked with GSM-102, the OPIC, the IFC, and MIGA of the World Bank Group, including numerous European banks, companies, and trusts.[1][2] Currently, he is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brockstar Financial SVCS. He is a Financial Services Professional and Advisor representing numerous major insurance companies as TransAmerica and numerous others.[5]

Additionally, Willis is a licensed life, casualty, and health insurance agent in California and Arizona. He is a World Peace Ambassador, Ambassador to the USA for the Order of Royal Honor and a Grand Knight, member of Templar Nation, affiliate to Knights Templar Order, General Power of Attorney for the Knights Malta Order, and Luxury Knight of Orthodox Order of Saint Barbara. In 2019, Willis was appointed as the Minister of Culture for Templar Nation in Monaco.[6]

Social contributions

Willis is involved in charitable endeavors and participates in various fundraising initiatives for nonprofit organizations, including those committed to helping children and the elderly. He has donated to organizations, including Save the Children, PETA, the Christian Children's Fund, Foundation for Our Children's Children, Feed the Children, and the Red Cross.[6] 

Currently, Willis is building a worldwide financial company and media group providing jobs and opportunities. He is currently completing $1B in project financing.

Personal life

Willis married his fourth wife, Snezhana Willis, in 2005 and has a son, Sean Nelson Willis from his first marriage. He has a younger brother and sister Frank Willis and Candace Nielsen. He has a residency in Norway.
